The website can be accessed via the internet. The user declares that they are aware of the risks involved and that they accept those risks. They must guard against the effects of computer hacking by implementing suitable and secure computer settings.

Data processing in connection with the management of the newsletter

The email address provided by the user when they sign up for the website newsletter will be shared with a processor for the sole purpose of disseminating the newsletter. That processor – Mailjet, based in Paris, France – is subject to the same legal obligations with regard to the protection of personal data. To prevent abuse of the system, the user must confirm their subscription by clicking on a link sent to the email address they provided.

Users may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the relevant link in each email, or by contacting the Body responsible for the website. Users must also contact the Body responsible for the website in the event of problems using the newsletter. The user's data will not be kept for longer than their subscription lasts.

Processing in connection with audience measurement

Certain data relating to the user's hardware and software, which is not of a nature that will reveal the user's identity, is collected when they visit the public-domain site. The sole purpose of collecting such data is to garner statistics on website traffic (type of browser, resolution, approximate location, and so on) in order to provide users with the best possible user experience.

Under no circumstances is the user's full IP address retained. Only part of the IP address is retained in order to obtain general statistics and under no circumstances can this be used to identify a user.

This data is stored and hosted in Europe as part of a solution provided by a processor – Adobe Systems Inc. – which, as a processor, is subject to the same legal obligations regarding personal data protection, in the event such data are gathered in the future.

The data is kept for no longer than is necessary to observe how audiences evolve on the basis of browsers, resolution settings or other available statistical data.

Processing in connection with online surveys

Users' data is collected, with their permission, for the sole purpose of conducting surveys for the State's administrative bodies. In addition, technical audience measurement data is collected at the same time.

The data is kept for the duration of the survey, plus a few weeks for the results to be statistically analysed.

These surveys are conducted directly on the website of a processor – specifically, surveygizmo.eu, developed by Widgix Limited – located in the United States. The data is hosted in Europe. This processor is subject to the same legal obligations regarding the personal data protection, as the surveys are intended for or carried out by users from the European Union.

The procedures by which these surveys are carried out are such that none of the collected data can be used to personally identify a user. Even by combining technical identifier data (IP address or information about the user's browser or device) and/or data collected from multiple surveys, the processor operating the platform would still be unable to personally identify users.

The data controller and data recipient is the Body responsible for this website, which commissioned the survey.

Moderation policy

Any user who joins this website's social networking community undertakes to refrain from any form of discrimination based on race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, ethnic origin, disability, marital or employment status.

Abusive, racist, sexist or otherwise offensive comments have no place on social networks. Any such comments will be deleted and reported.

This website posts primarily in French on social media. Depending on the circumstances and target audience, information may be shared in the other two national languages, and in English.
